As a Call Center Trainer, you'll be responsible for equipping our Customer Service & Sales Associates with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to excel in their roles. From onboarding new hires to refining the expertise of seasoned team members, your training sessions will be engaging, informative, and full of energy. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce—one learning experience at a time.Your Day-to-Day:
Develop and deliver engaging trainings for new and existing call center employees. Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and refresher courses to enhance team performance. Create and update training materials to align with company goals and industry best practices. Monitor employee progress and provide individualized coaching as needed. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify training needs and opportunities. Foster a fun and supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development. Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in training, coaching, or instructional design in a call center or customer service environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing talent. Adaptability to different learning styles and paces. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
