We're a nationwide staffing company and we have a prospective position in San Antonio TX as a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst . Full-Time Duties/Tasks:

Must have strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management). The candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements. The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards. The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Experience Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy) Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program. Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
