May analyze current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs. Writes, edits, and produces materials for technical instruction. Provides assistance and support to all divisions in helping them determine their training needs and develop and conduct their maintenance training programs. Establishes and directs the maintenance of company-wide training programs. Establishes and directs the maintenance of a company-wide training and qualification record system. Maintains currency in technical developments, technical training, and audiovisual techniques including the maintenance of company aircraft instruction manuals. Coordinates all required technical training and outside contract sales technical training programs. Exclude ground school instructors. You will be the Trainer for the Technical Publication and Training team, part of the LM MFC Logistics and Sustainment Engineer (LSE) Branch. Our team is responsible for developing and delivering training materials to support the LEED program, ensuring Navy personnel have the skills to maintain and operate the system.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering New Equipment Training Material to Navy customers, focusing on training Cryptologic Technicians Technical (CTTs). You will play a key role in supporting the training of Navy personnel on various ships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Training Tasks Analysis Performing Difficulty, Importance, and Frequency (DIF) Analysis Developing Schoolhouse, Operator, and Maintenance Training Curricula Creating Equipment Descriptions, Functions, and Specifications Developing Equipment Troubleshooting Procedures Coordinating with other Lockheed Martin Business Units Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered career, or journey, level. Ability to acquire and verify highly technical subject matter content by interviewing engineers and other technical experts, observing production methods or other demonstrations, and reviewing technical specifications, modification kits, blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings, notes, manuals, and similar publications. Ability to discretely plan writing, editing and inprosses reviews (both formal and informal) tasks required to complete project. Ability to manage Curriculum development project work from book plan/outline creation through on-time delivery. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Demonstrate ability and experience in working effectively with teams, including virtual teams, but also independently or with minimal supervision. Demonstrate ability and experience in meeting deadlines and quality standards. Demonstrate experience in using and applying clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions. Ability to create highly technical training content from procedure manuals, service manuals, and related technical publications that describes the installation, operation, and maintenance of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other equipment. Able to come on-site and travel as-required to perform job responsibilities Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance. Desired Skills Experience with military weapons systems or other highly complex technical systems. Experience authoring content to DON military standards. Specifically delivering training content for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) system
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
