Develop and implement formal training for new employees. Responsible for developing curriculum and delivering the highest level of training to all employees. This position will work with all departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date training for employees. This position will evaluate the trainee for effectiveness and individual growth and make recommendations to supervisors and/or human resources. Essential Duties 1. Develop, implement and deliver training programs. 2. Provide excellent internal customer service to all employees. 3. Coordinate training schedules with your supervisor. 4. Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods. 5. Conduct specified on-the-job training. 6. Assist with the management of the online training system. 7. Provide positive and constructive feedback to trainees. 8. Assist employees with problems concerning specific tasks related to positions. 9. Make suggestions on improving the training process. 10. Work on bank training projects as assigned. 11. Develop strong relationships with all departments to maintain the highest level of training. 12. Provide supervisors and/or HR with feedback related to trainee progress. 13. Strong planning and organizational skills. 14. Ability to function independently. 15.
