What You'll Do Represent AT&T, Primo, and Just Energy inside retail partner locations, delivering a knowledgeable and welcoming customer experience. Engage with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend the products and services that best fit their lifestyle. Clearly explain product features, current promotions, pricing, and available service options with confidence. Build lasting customer relationships through friendly, professional communication and exceptional service. Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach in every interaction. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and leadership development opportunities to grow your skills. Work closely with teammates to create a collaborative, energetic, and results-driven retail environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
