Job Description

WE LOVE OUR WORK.
Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for customers on betting platform functionality and wagering processes. Educate customers on betting terminology, bet types, odds formats, and sports betting fundamentals. Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, guides, and educational resources. Respond to customer inquiries regarding betting products, features, and promotions. Identify customer knowledge gaps and provide personalized coaching and support. Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content. Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to training programs and user experience. Stay current on industry trends, betting products, platform updates, and regulatory requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual Preferred Willingness and enthusiasm to train, educate, and support customers of varying experience levels. Patient, approachable, and committed to helping customers understand betting products, platform features, and responsible gaming practices.
