Volleyball Skills Coach / Trainer - Rosharon/Alvin Area Full Job Description SCORE Volleyball Skills Academy is looking for individuals who love to teach, coach, and develop young volleyball players . We are currently seeking 2-3 Volleyball Skills Coaches/Trainers with volleyball playing and/or coaching experience, strong fundamentals, and the ability to teach skills in a positive, structured training environment. Our Skills Academy serves 3rd-8th grade girls at different experience levels—from athletes who are newer to volleyball to players looking to improve their skills and prepare for school or competitive volleyball. We are looking for coaches who are passionate, reliable, energetic, and comfortable teaching athletes at different skill levels . Training will focus on developing strong fundamentals through high-repetition, intentional instruction in areas such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, movement, and volleyball IQ . Coaches will follow the SCORE Skills Academy training structure and curriculum while still having the freedom to coach, teach, correct, and connect with athletes in their own style. Ideal Candidates:

Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals Comfortable teaching 3rd-8th grade girls Able to work with beginner through more experienced athletes Able to teach and correct proper technique Positive, energetic, patient, and dependable Comfortable following a structured training program Available approximately 2-4 hours per week Available for evening and/or weekend training sessions Live in or near the Rosharon/Alvin area or surrounding communities Able to pass a background check

Paid per training session/hour. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
