What is in it for you Flexible scheduling Competitive wages Complimentary meals Performance-based bonus opportunities Safe, respectful, fun work environment Growth opportunities Career advancement in a company that puts people first Your Role Lead onboarding and training programs for new hires, supervisors, and managers Deliver engaging classroom, in-store, and hands-on training sessions Train team members on operational procedures, food safety standards, service expectations, and company policies Ensure consistency in execution of Buddha Burger standards across all locations Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and build confidence Evaluate training effectiveness through observations, assessments, and follow-up coaching Develop and update training materials, manuals, guides, and learning resources Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans for employees and management teams Support new store openings, operational rollouts, and company initiatives Partner with Managers and senior leadership to improve team performance and operational consistency Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth Track training progress and provide reports to senior management What We are Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant operations, training, coaching, or hospitality leadership Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality Passion for developing people and helping teams succeed Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards Food Handler Certified (or willing to certify) Ability to build relationships and earn trust across all levels of the organization Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating training sessions Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems, training platforms, and operational software Willingness to travel between locations as needed Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
