Job Description
The Training & Development Associate supports execution of employee training programs for manufacturing, warehouse, and operations workforce. This role helps coordinate onboarding and job-specific training, supports mandatory compliance training, and maintains accurate training records to ensure employees are trained, qualified, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities Training Execution & Coordination Support delivery and coordination of training for manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and support functions. Assist with onboarding and job-specific training for new hires (hourly, temp-to-hire, and salaried). Coordinate training schedules and attendance tracking to minimize production disruption. Compliance & Training Records Track completion of required trainings (safety, ESD, quality, and other compliance requirements). Maintain accurate training records, sign-in sheets, and supporting documentation. Support internal and external audits by providing training evidence and records as requested. Training Materials & Documentation Assist with preparation, organization, and updates to training materials, job aids, and work instruction documentation. Support training matrix updates and role-based competency tracking. Cross-Functional Support Partner with HR, Operations, Quality, and EHS teams to support training needs and scheduling. Coordinate with staffing agencies as needed to support contingent worker training and qualification tracking. Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, manufacturing support, or related experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred. Skills Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective communication skills and ability to support training delivery. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to production-driven schedule changes. Education Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods between office, classroom, and production floor environments. Ability to support in-person training sessions, including standing while presenting as needed. Ability to lift and handle training materials/equipment (laptops, projectors, kits) as needed. Work Environment Combination of office, classroom, and manufacturing/warehouse environments with PPE requirements as applicable. Fast-paced environment supporting high-volume workforce training needs. Region/Country Specific Details Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the United States.
