Sugarland, TX Direct Hire opportunity with career growth and stability Job Description An innovative and rapidly growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to support expanding production operations and workforce development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company during a significant growth phase and play a key role in building scalable training programs that drive operational excellence and employee success.

Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver hands-on technical training programs for manufacturing employees and production staff Build engaging onboarding experiences and skills certification pathways for new hires and existing team members Create and maintain instructional materials, process guides, visual aids, and standardized work documentation Educate employees on equipment operation, workplace safety, production procedures, and quality expectations Coordinate training timelines and schedules to align with operational and staffing needs Conduct evaluations, monitor employee progress, and provide coaching to reinforce technical competencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content reflects current production methods and process updates Track employee certifications, training completion, and compliance records Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness through performance feedback and operational metrics Assist with audit preparation and support adherence to internal policies and manufacturing standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical training, or production environments Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows Experience creating process documentation, training guides, or standardized procedures Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively across Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; LMS experience is a plus Bilingual language skills are a plus Experience with video editing or digital training content creation is beneficial
