This role is responsible for overseeing training deployment, tracking training metrics, and providing operational support to the broader training and development function. The Training and Development Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that training programs run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall development and performance of employees. Impact:
Coordinate and deploy training initiatives across the organization Track, monitor, and report on training completion, metrics, and outcomes Support the design, development, and delivery of training materials as needed Serve as a point of contact for team inquiries from employees and leadership Assist in scheduling and logistics for live or virtual training sessions Ensure compliance with training requirements and policies Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and workflows Lead project management, including logistics of quarterly events and operational Change management initiatives.
