Job Description

Job Description IG is seeking a UxS/C-UxS Training Developer to support
JIATF401
with training development of UxS/C-UxS capabilities. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to operate at the senior level within the organization to ensure that UxS considerations are fully integrated into planning and execution. The Training Developer will design, develop, and train curriculum to provide operational guidance on UxS employment to enhance U.S. and coalition force readiness.
Compensation:
$47/hr to $49/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.   • Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
  • BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.
  • Experience with instructional systems design (ISD) methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
  • Proven ability to apply the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at a senior level, including participation in planning conferences, COA development, and mission briefings.
  • Experience instructing diverse audiences (junior through senior personnel) in a military training environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief and advise senior leaders during all operational phases.
  • Experience in pre-deployment training, FTX/LFX/VALEX events, and technical exchange exercises.
  • Domain specializations experience to include but are not limited to: Maritime operations (Navy Afloat and Army Watercraft), Fixed Site/Point and Base Defense operations (Air Force and Navy Ashore), and Ground operations (Dismounted and Mobile, Army and Marines).
  • Experience working in joint, interagency, and coalition environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
