Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainer to energize our sales teams and elevate their performance through innovative training programs. As a key driver of talent development, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve comprehensive training initiatives that empower sales professionals to excel. Your expertise will foster a culture of learning, engagement, and achievement, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum using instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create effective learning experiences for diverse adult learners. Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization's sales culture. Utilize learning technology tools including LMS (Learning Management System), Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, and Workday to create interactive content and track learner progress. Conduct classroom training sessions, virtual webinars, and one-on-one coaching to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques. Manage program design and execution for ongoing talent management initiatives such as succession planning, performance management, and employee evaluation processes. Collaborate with HR teams on employee relations, HR sourcing, and change management initiatives to align training efforts with organizational goals. Collect data through research and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. Facilitate mentoring programs and provide ongoing support to develop future sales leaders within the organization. Experience Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training delivery within a corporate environment focused on sales or customer service. Strong knowledge of adult education principles and experience designing engaging content using tools like Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning platforms. Familiarity with LMS systems such as SharePoint or Workday for content management and tracking learner progress. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently in public speaking settings. Demonstrated success in program management, including designing effective training programs aligned with organizational objectives. Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Salesforce CRM platform, or other human capital management tools is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while maintaining focus on delivering impactful training solutions.
