Manufacturing Training Coordinator

Manufacturing support role focused on training delivery, onboarding, skills tracking, and standard work instruction. Job Requirements 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, training, or production support Experience assisting with employee training, onboarding, or skills development Familiarity with training matrices, tracking, and basic documentation Exposure to shop floor operations and standard work processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to follow established training programs and materials Willingness to learn TWI / Job Instruction methods Ability to break down and explain simple tasks clearly Preferred Skills Basic understanding of regulated environments Experience with SAP Experience with LMS platforms Hands-on training or coaching experience Job Responsibilities Assist with employee training, onboarding, and skills development Maintain training matrices, records, and related documentation Support training activities on the shop floor Follow established training programs and materials Reinforce standard work processes through training support Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support training needs
