You will leverage your expertise in electronics and mechanical systems to develop high-performing teams, ensuring that every technician is proficient in complex assembly and troubleshooting protocols. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on precision soldering and electrical troubleshooting techniques. Drive production quality by mentoring staff on advanced mechanical assembly methods and best practices. Analyze technical documentation and blueprints to create clear, actionable instructional materials for the production floor. Evaluate trainee performance to ensure all team members meet rigorous safety and operational standards. Collaborate with production leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching sessions. Utilize shop math to verify assembly accuracy and optimize workflow efficiency across the department. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in electronic assembly and technical instruction. Deep proficiency in soldering, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical assembly. Strong ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics. Demonstrated success in developing and delivering training curriculum. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or production environment. Background in talent acquisition or technical recruiting for manufacturing roles. Advanced certification in electronics or related technical fields. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
