Full Job Description Job Purpose:
Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities. Establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission. Encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback. Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics Demonstrated organizational, staff, and project management abilities
Preferred Experience:
1 year of experience in childcare
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities Capability to establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission Skills to encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback Leadership skills to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
First Aid Certification CPR Certification
