Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Campaign of Learning Integration Analyst to support Army modernization and future-force development efforts. This individual will help synchronize and integrate learning activities across concept development, experimentation, wargaming, modeling and simulation, science and technology (S&T), and capability development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work across multiple Army organizations to ensure learning activities, findings, and analytical products are aligned and traceable to senior leader decisions and future-force requirements. This person will facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, maintain integrated plans and roadmaps, assess analytical rigor, and provide decision-ready recommendations to leadership. The role requires a strong understanding of Army modernization processes and the ability to connect multiple lines of effort into a cohesive framework that supports force development. Skills and Requirements Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience supporting: Army or Joint military operations Capability development Concept development Defense analysis Operational analysis Experimentation, wargaming, or modeling and simulation efforts Strong understanding of the Army Campaign of Learning and how it supports future-force development Experience integrating activities across: Concepts development Experimentation Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Wargaming Science and Technology (S&T) Requirements and capability development Experience analyzing complex programs and identifying relationships between learning objectives, findings, and senior-leader decisions Ability to evaluate analytical methodologies, assumptions, and measures to ensure consistency and rigor Experience developing and maintaining: Integrated plans Roadmaps Schedules Decision matrices Traceability products Experience facilitating: Working groups Planning sessions Governance forums Senior leader meetings and reviews Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience creating executive-level briefings, reports, recommendations, and status updates Experience supporting: Army Futures Command (AFC) Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC/T2COM) Combined Arms Center (CAC) DEVCOM Army Centers of Excellence Experience with: Campaign of Learning governance processes Top-Down Modernization Process (TDMP) Concept development initiatives Experimentation planning and execution Wargaming programs Modeling and Simulation efforts Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBAs) Graduate degree in a related field Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) background Advanced Military Education (CGSC, War College, etc.) DAU capability development coursework or related defense acquisition training Experience supporting Army modernization, future-force planning, or strategic capability development initiatives
