Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our team and support the development of new and existing employees. In this role, you will facilitate onboarding, deliver training sessions, and help employees build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their positions. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who enjoys coaching others and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new hires and current employees. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, and feedback. Provide coaching and support to employees during the training process. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions. Maintain accurate training records and documentation. Ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by updating training programs as business needs evolve. Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
