Job Description
at Hazelett Strip-Casting Corp in Colchester, Vermont, United States Job Description Description Provide technical customer support both in person and remotely. Identify, organize, and facilitate the successful implementation of new casters, process improvements, equipment upgrades, caster maintenance and other field service activities. Aid customers with identifying opportunities for improvement and correcting equipment and process issues. Support internal development initiatives as required. Develop technical awareness throughout the Hazelett organization. Maintain Hazelett process know-how by generating manuals, technical papers, and training programs Support sales & marketing efforts for both new and existing customers Recruit, retain, develop, mentor, and motivate a team in support of customers and the ongoing development of new products. Aid the assembly department as required Provide internal guidance for handling non-conforming parts Maintain customer bill of material integrity Perform additional duties as assigned.
