We are hiring motivated professionals to join our growing acquisitions team. We specialize in helping homeowners with inherited, vacant, distressed, and off-market properties. No wholesaling experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to succeed. Not required, but will prioritize applicants with any of the following experience: Demonstrated negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities Experience or familiarity with marketing techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing real estate transactions and administrative tasks Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and residential real estate transactions preferred but not required—training provided Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and sales technology platforms necessary for daily operations Passion for practicing real estate, managing real estate teams, or developing expertise in property management is highly valued This role offers an energetic environment where your proactive approach can thrive.
