Job Description
Summary The primary role of the Behavioral Support Specialist - TPS is supervising all aspects of client coaching and growth through goal-based support as well as supervising daily living support for their caseload. This role is responsible for coaching and developing new Life Enrichment Coaches (LECs). This role is full time and offers paid training.
