Employee Development Specialist 4

Everett, WA Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Employee Development Specialist 4 to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the professional growth and development of employees within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of workforce capabilities and drive organizational success.
Job Responsibilities:
Define project scope and suggest deliverables, budget, and resources. Oversee curriculum development, course content review, and instructional materials. Identify learning objectives and tailor curriculum content and delivery methods. Lead as an instructor in specialized content areas. Implement development tools and monitor their effectiveness. Identify performance issues and lead analysis for improvement recommendations.
Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in a similar role. Expertise in adult leadership training. Experience in aerospace training. Proficiency in teaching technical subjects. Military aviation experience is a plus.
Education/Experience:
Typically requires advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and 10+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
