Our ProResults Personal Training Counselors use their knowledge of fitness to help members with their fitness goals by helping them get set up on customized training programs with one of our amazing trainers! They work together with the Membership Sales staff to set up complimentary introductory training assessments for our new and existing members. This is a full time position with full medical and vision benefits. We make lots of promotions from within so the opportunity for growth is always available. Personal Training Counselors are paid hourly plus commissions/bonuses and receive a complimentary club membership.

LA Fitness located in Kirkland is one of our largest signature locations in Washington State. We have over 70 pieces of cardio, a huge selection of resistance machines, a large free weight area, power platform, basketball, racquetball, an aerobics and spin room, a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, and a smoothie bar. Our ProResults trainers are among the best in the business, helping thousands of training clients achieve their goals every year! Our mission statement is to take every single member from where they are now in terms of fitness and functional mobility to where they want to be in the safest, fastest most enjoyable way possible!
EXPECTATIONS
Meet and welcome all new members and invite them to take advantage of their member perks (workout advice, nutritional education, overview of equipment, postural and movement screening etc.) Help current members of the club with their workouts, measurements, cardio etc. and invite them to do a full fitness evaluation and personal training session to help break through plateaus and experience the benefits of personal training. Call new and existing members to set up training assessments and keep detailed information of each member regarding their fitness goals and background. Perform 3-4 fitness evaluations each day for new and current members by establishing their goals, putting together a plan, going through a customized workout, and explaining our personal training programs and relevant pricing. Listen to and understand buyers concerns and help them overcome any obstacles holding them back from getting started on working towards their fitness goals. Service existing training clients by checking up on their progress and by ensuring that they are satisfied with their plan. Build and maintain professional relationships with all the training staff to help align clients with the best fit trainer and maintain a high quality of service.
REQUIREMENTS
Personal/professional background in fitness and/or Nationally accredited personal training certification and/or 4 year degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a similar major and/or Experience in sales and marketing and/or A passion for fitness and a desire to always keep improving!
