Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional who thrives on leading impactful training programs to advance aerospace manufacturing capabilities. Our team is looking for a knowledgeable specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging technical curriculum while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on defined learning objectives, conducting coaching sessions to enhance individual and group performance. Perform as an instructor in specialized areas such as Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, or Systems, using a variety of teaching methods to facilitate knowledge transfer. Identify business-specific learning objectives, adapt curriculum content and methods, and oversee curriculum development, testing, and instructional material reviews. Emphasize safety precautions during all training sessions and maintain a productive learning environment while promptly addressing any issues in accordance with company policies.
Required:
3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support. Demonstrated experience coaching, instructing, or working as an employee development specialist. Proven experience with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings. Ability to stand, walk, and speak for extended periods, with the capacity to teach 8-hour classes as required by the assignment.
