Role:
Retail Training Specialist This position will be responsible for training efforts, with an emphasis on retail Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR) training. They will ensure that we consistently execute exceptional customer service, as well as following proper teller and/or CSR procedures. Travel is required to support the branches and their training needs. This role will be accountable to the Retail Training Officer. This position will support offices in including but not limited to: Clinton, Darien, Delavan, Janesville, Walworth, Winnebago, Roscoe, Rockton. Key Responsibilities Develop and facilitate training programs for Frontline employees, with a specific emphasis on teller/CSR roles and the GUEST experience. Design training materials, presentations, and job aids, to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences. Stay updated on industry regulations, banking policies/procedures, products/services, and systems/applications to incorporate relevant information into training materials. Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback, evaluations, and performance, making any adjustments as needed. Will assist with retail training required for mergers and acquisitions. Be the Teller/CSR advocate and resource and an active participant in the front-line hotline and email center. Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics.
