Job Description

One Mission. Many Opportunities. Come join the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration mission and ministry. We are seeking a part-time Learning & Development Assistant to join our team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI. Find us at www.fspa.org. In this position you would support the education and development department through digital content creation, onboarding support, learning system administration and general training support activities. Requirements
  • Experience in communications, media, learning and development, human resources, general business, marketing or related field.
  • Basic recording and editing video content skills.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, including experience with Canva, Google Workspace or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and administrative skills.
  • Interest in organizational learning, training, communications or digital content development.
  • Summary We are looking for someone who enjoys a wide range of duties and shares our values of hospitality, partnership, and compassion who desires a culture that puts relationships first. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Record and edit basic training and onboarding videos.
  • Assist with development of learning resources.
  • Perform data entry and learning assignment support within the
HRIS/LMS.
  • Assist with record maintenance and material preparation.
  • Collaborate with departments to support training and learning initiatives.

$19.25 - $24.06 per hour
