Toro Tomah is hiring a
Production Trainer Starting Wage:
$23.62 per hour 1st
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with overtime when needed. What Will You Do? Assists level II trainer with all onboarding Work with supervisors, leads and mentors to ensure successful OJT. Enforce organizational standards and legal regulations during training. Perform rework and assist other departments when training is not in session. Evaluate training impact on job performance What Do You Need? High School diploma or GED required. 2+ years of manufacturing or related experience. Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow and uphold Toro's policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and core values. Serves as a role model for professional behavior and promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow engineering processes and standard work documents. Working knowledge of assembly tools and techniques. Physically able to perform all production tasks (lift 45+ lbs, repetitive motion). Demonstrated passion for teaching and helping others succeed. Willingness to work irregular hours and shifts. Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. What Can We Give You?
