This position will lead the execution and delivery of curriculum in both classroom and in-field settings; as well as continual evaluation of installation crews, training materials, and courses to having a successful training program and maintain consistency across all installation teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct the onboarding and training of new employees and current install teams File and maintain training and employee records Assess, develop, implement, and promote training courses and stay up-to-date on best practices Collaborate with all in-field and operations teams to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) adherence Promote healthy feedback for continuous operational improvement Collaborate with Installation Project Managers, Crew Managers, and Operations Leadership Inspect, evaluate and review progress of training of installers Maintain high standards of installation and service to exceed customer expectations

Requirements:
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, rForce, as well as all current applications used in office and in the field Ability to maintain a positive and professional work environment Continued education within the Renewal by Andersen network At least two years experience with window and door installation, OR five years of owning/creating training processes/in a teaching role Strong critical thinking skills Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Valid drivers license and eligibility to operate company provided vehicle Flexible schedule, in office hours and ability to travel as needed Capable of lifting 60lbs with occasional field work, lift heavy objects, climb ladders, perform physically demanding tasks, etc., as related to window installation Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
