Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Glenrock Youth Development Professional and become a vital part of empowering young minds through engaging, educational, and fun activities! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children and youth can thrive. Your enthusiasm and leadership will inspire positive growth, foster teamwork, and promote healthy development. Responsibilities Work with the branch director to plan and facilitate high yeild learning activities with youth. Supervise youth on field trips, during activities, all while ensuring safe experiences with youth. Utilize Trauma Informed practices to meet youth's emotional needs. Keep programming spaces clean and clear of clutter. Build lasting relationships with youth. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or youth in educational, childcare, camp, or recreational settings is highly preferred CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check Hours Monday•Thursday 2:30p•6:00p Friday's vary based on need
