The ideal candidate will have previous SNF experience, experience with payroll and processing bonuses, some knowledge of HR Practices-Workers Comp, FMLA, LOA etc., in addition to experience in employee engagement. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive the positive cultural expectations of the organization.
