We're not a big corporate chain, we're a busy, established shop that cares about quality grooms, pet safety, and treating people right . If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want a place where you're respected (not micromanaged), you'll fit in here. Pay ✅ Hourly + commission (plus tips) What you'll be doing Full-service grooming for dogs (bath, brush, haircut/styling) Nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, light de-matting (when appropriate) Check in and check out your clients and communicate clearly about the groom Schedule your own appointments throughout the day Enter and maintain vaccine records for pets in our system Talk with pet parents about coat condition and realistic haircut options Handle pets safely and calmly — especially anxious ones Keep your station clean and your day moving on schedule What we're looking for Grooming experience is required (Two years of shop experience is a plus) You show up on time, communicate, and do what you say you'll do Patient, gentle handling — safety comes first Quality mindset: you care about the finished groom and the pet's comfort Team attitude — we help each other and keep the shop running smooth Why Pretty Paws Steady business and consistent schedule Accruing paid time off Holiday pay Performance-based year-end bonus Great service pricing and you keep all your tips Supportive environment (no drama, no chaos) We value groomers who take pride in their craft Benefits available through a third-party provider, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and disability No weekends, Monday-Friday schedule W2 employee position, not 1099 We are Best of Little Rock three years in a row
