Hiring Now! Professional Dog Groomer for Whole Pet in Springdale Whole Pet Springdale is looking to add an experienced professional dog groomer to our awesome team! This job is fulltime but we would consider part time too. We provide and maintain all grooming equipment and supplies (including sharpening). Pay is based on 50% commission + cash tips (W2 employee). Whole Pet offers health, dental, and vision insurance that is offered after 30 days of employment. Whole Pet pays 50% of your health insurance premium! As a Whole Pet Professional Groomer You Will ... Groom and style dogs to a professional standard: de-mat and de-shed, bathe and brush, clip and scissor, trim nails, clean ears and teeth, and express anal glands as needed externally Contribute to our exceptional customer experience Converse with our customers to build relationships. You will ask questions to learn exactly what they want and expect for their dogs and then exceed their expectations Take notes on customer expectations and maintain vaccination records Ensure the wellness and safety of our beloved furry patrons at all times Ideal Whole Pet Professional Groomer candidates will .... Have a high school diploma or GED Have 2+ years professional grooming experience (you must be able to groom all dog breeds, shapes, and sizes).
