Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling to meet each pet's specific needs and breed standards Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming procedures Restrain pets safely using appropriate animal handling techniques to facilitate grooming tasks Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions Assist with pet care activities such as feeding, walking, or basic veterinary support when needed Support other team members with dog training, dog handling, or kennel duties to promote overall animal well-being Experience Prior experience in pet grooming is A MUST ; certification from a recognized grooming program is a plus Experience with animal handling, and restraint techniques enhances your ability to manage diverse pets confidently Familiarity with heavy lifting and physical tasks related to pet care ensures safety and efficiency in daily duties Customer service experience helps you communicate effectively with pet owners and provide exceptional client satisfaction Join us to make a difference in pets' lives every day!
