Job Description
At Teddy's Dog House, we believe every dog deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Dog Bather to join our team and help us provide a low-stress grooming experience for every pet that walks through our doors. Responsibilities Bathe dogs of all breeds and sizes Brush and thoroughly dry coats using professional equipment Clean ears and trim nails (training provided if needed) Assist groomers with prep work Maintain a clean and organized bathing area Monitor pets for signs of stress or discomfort and handle them with compassion Help keep the salon running efficiently throughout the day Qualifications Reliable and punctual Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with animals is preferred but not required Ability to work well in a team environment What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment Hands-on training Opportunity for advancement into grooming based on performance, business needs, and position availability.
