This is not a traditional employee position. We are looking for a groomer who wants to build or grow their grooming business inside our boutique dog care space. Our goal is to create a win-win partnership where we support a groomer with space, exposure, and clients while they grow their own grooming clientele. What We Provide A beautiful, clean grooming space inside The Dog Mansion Access to our existing dog daycare and boarding clients Promotion through our social media and customer base A calm, boutique environment focused on quality dog care We already have a strong dog community and want to offer grooming services to the dogs that stay with us. What We're Looking For We are looking for a groomer who: Is motivated to bring in and grow their own clientele Wants to build or expand their grooming business Is professional, reliable, and confident handling dogs Has high grooming standards and attention to detail Is excited to collaborate with a growing dog care brand Commission opportunities are available , and we are happy to structure an arrangement that works well for both sides as the grooming service grows. Who This Is Perfect For This opportunity is ideal for: A groomer who already has their own grooming business or clients but needs a professional space to work from A skilled groomer who wants to start their grooming business but doesn't want the overhead of opening their own shop If you do not currently have your own grooming business, we are open to helping the right groomer start and grow their business from our location , as long as you have strong experience, professional skills, and proper grooming certifications. Grooming Expectations Full grooming services (bath, brush, haircuts, nail trims, etc.) Gentle and patient handling of dogs Maintaining a clean and organized grooming space Helping promote grooming services and build clientele Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or marketing your grooming work is a plus , as we love sharing grooming transformations and helping our partners grow.
