The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch care to furry companions. This role requires past experience as a manager and working with pets. Responsibilities

• Manage operations like equipment maintenance, insurance renewal, staff schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Assist with customers at check in and check out
• Implement marketing strategy and provide ideas
• Must be able to work Tuesday-Friday mornings 8am-12pm and some Saturday mornings

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working with dogs all sizes and breeds
• Must be organized, patient, reliable, and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with staff and customers
• Ability and willingness to handle day-to-day customer service challenges
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Ability to lift 20-40 lbs, must be able to stand 5-8 hours, position involves bending /carrying/lifting
• Willing to complete training
