Dog Daycare Attendant / Pack Leader

We're Dog Republic — a busy (and fun!) pack walking, daycare, boarding, training, and grooming company serving the beach cities of Orange County. Our mission?

Simple:

give every dog the best day ever while keeping their safety, happiness, and tails wagging.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pack Walking:

You'll start with training, then work your way up to handling 5-8 dogs at a time on group walks. (Don't worry — we've got your back and will teach you everything you need to know!) We do about 3 walks a day — that's around 6-8 miles of fresh air, sunshine, and happy pups.

Daycare Attendant Life:

You'll be part dog play referee, part safety monitor, part cleaner-upper, and part professional tail-wagger.

You'll Love This Job If You:

Are 21+ and can lift 50 lbs without breaking a sweat Have a clean driving record (so you can drive our vans) Have a working cell phone Are physically fit and excited to get your steps in every day Love dogs and have the patience, confidence, and common sense to keep them safe and happy

Bonus Points If You're:

Great at communicating Confident and assertive when you need to be Always safety-first Good with directions (you won't need to ask "Wait, where am I?" every 5 minutes) Cool with constructive feedback (we're all about learning and growing here) We've got about 40 amazing team members and we're growing fast — so if you want a future in the dog world, this is a great place to start.
