Description Pet Bather Pet Beloved Grooming Studio is hiring Pet Bathers in San Diego, CA 92115. We are a busy and growing grooming studio seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals who are committed to pet safety and quality care. Pay $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Pay may vary based on experience, skill level, speed, and ability to safely handle pets. Job Type Full-time / Part-time Responsibilities Bathe and dry dogs safely and thoroughly according to coat type and grooming needs Brush and de-shed coats as needed Trim nails and clean ears according to company policy and training Assist groomers with prep work, bathing, drying, brushing, and other support tasks Monitor pets for signs of stress, skin irritation, fleas/ticks, ear issues, or other concerns and report them to management Safely and humanely handle pets throughout the bathing and drying process Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, tubs, tools, drying areas, kennels, and equipment after each service Help keep the shop organized and support daily operations in a busy work environment Communicate clearly with team members and help create a positive experience for pets and customers Requirements Previous professional pet bathing, grooming assistant, kennel, or animal care experience preferred Must be comfortable bathing and drying dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments Reliable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced grooming environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to lift and handle pets up to 50 pounds Knowledge of basic grooming tools, bathing products, and safe handling techniques is a plus High school diploma or GED preferred Work Location In person - San Diego, CA 92115 Ability to Commute Applicants must be able to reliably commute to San Diego, CA 92115 Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Monthly health stipend available for eligible employees Dental and vision support available for eligible employees Supportive team environment
