Pet Groomer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch care to furry companions as well as to their owners. Duties

• Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets' coats
• Handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with care and compassion
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
• Provide basic care such as nail trimming and ear cleaning
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences
• Monitor pets for health issues and report any concerns to the appropriate staff Qualifications
• Previous experience in pet grooming or animal care is required
• Ability to lift heavy pets and equipment
• Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
• Certification or training in pet grooming is a plus
• Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
• Experience in dog handling, kennel work, veterinary technician roles, or dog training is beneficial
• Proficiency in animal handling techniques
