The Kennel Attendant position is a critical role on the Simon team. Kennel Attendants are responsible for maintaining proper disease control, cleanliness of our facility, and providing a comfortable environment for our animals. Must be able to work as part of a team to properly maintain kennels, follow protocols, as well as monitoring health and well-being of our animals. The right candidate needs to be comfortable working with both dogs and cats. Previous animal care experience highly preferred. Qualifications/Skills Perform indoor/outdoor cleaning regardless of weather. Capable of bending, lifting 40+ pounds Must be physically capable of keeping up fast paced, rigorous cleaning regime. Good listening and learning abilities Ability work well both as individually and as part of a team Detail oriented. Willing to follow strict safety and cleaning protocols. Genuine passion for animal care Requirements Applicants must : Be 21 years old or up Have a valid driver's license , and reliable transportation Have a flexible schedule Be reliable and show for scheduled shifts Be available for nights , weekends , and holidays ! These are required, please do not apply if you aren't available for these shifts. Be available for Day Shift hours of 7:30am-2pm or Night Shift hours of 3pm-8pm Interested?
