The Cat Care Attendant role is an important part of our team, responsible for keeping our cat condos and rooms clean and sanitary, while ensuring a cozy environment for our feline residents. Duties also include monitoring the daily health and well-being of all cats and notifying management of any concerns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with all kinds of cats, including those with behavioral challenges. Prior experience with cats is required! Qualifications/Skills Detail oriented, have ability to follow strict protocols & procedures Capable of bending, lifting 40+ pounds Must be physically capable of keeping up with a fast paced, rigorous cleaning regime. Good communication skills Good listening and learning abilities Ability to work as part of a team with our volunteers Genuine passion for animal care Requirements Applicants must : Be 21 years old or up Have a valid driver's license , and reliable transportation Have a flexible schedule Be reliable and show for scheduled shifts Be available for weekends , and holidays ! Be available for Cat Care Attendant hours of 8am-2pm (with the possibility to stay later if needed. Timing depends on number of kitty residents).
