Kennel technician

We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and providing exceptional care to pets in a kennel environment.

• Duties
• Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel
• Feed, water, and exercise animals according to schedules
• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal living areas
• Monitor animal behavior and health, reporting any concerns to the veterinary staff
• Interact with potential adopters
• Experience
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting or pet care environment is preferred
• Knowledge of animal handling techniques and behavior
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
