Posh by Lucky Puppies is a boutique dog daycare and extended stay facility looking for a dependable, compassionate, and confident Pack Leader to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding position. You'll clean poop, mop floors, work both indoors and outdoors in Florida weather, handle barking dogs, and be on your feet most of the day. If that sounds exciting to you, keep reading. While dog experience is a plus, it is not required. We can teach dog handling. What we cannot teach is reliability, work ethic, initiative, accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The people who succeed here are not always the ones with the most dog experience. They're the people who show up, work hard, take ownership, communicate well, and genuinely care about the dogs, clients, and team. This Is Not Just a Dog Job This is not a position where you simply play with dogs all day. We are looking for Pack Leaders who can confidently supervise groups of dogs, communicate professionally with pet parents, maintain a clean facility, enforce policies, and help create a safe, structured environment. You will be expected to lead your own pack, build relationships with clients and their dogs, and develop an understanding of each dog's individual personality, needs, and play style.
