WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
to join our team at our luxury pet spa located in Midtown, Miami. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process. Your expertise in animal care and grooming techniques will help maintain the health and appearance of our furry clients while delivering exceptional customer service to their owners. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and other pets. Assess each pet's grooming needs and communicate effectively with pet owners about services provided. Utilize proper animal restraint techniques to ensure the safety of both the pet and yourself during grooming sessions. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards at all times. Handle pets gently and compassionately, recognizing signs of stress or discomfort. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with pet owners and addressing any concerns they may have. Assist in managing appointments and scheduling for grooming services. Stay updated on grooming trends, tools, and techniques to enhance skills continuously.
