Pet Care Provider

The Role We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our pet care team. This position is for those who take pride in their work and understand that "walking the walk" means being consistent and prioritizing the happiness and satisfaction of the animals in our care. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and ensuring every pet feels supported while their owners are away. The "Walk the Walk" Selection Process Because our clients trust us with their homes and their family members, we have a rigorous application process. Candidates must demonstrate advanced comprehension of care instructions and analytical skills when monitoring pet health. Success in this role is contingent on your ability to communicate clearly and maintain absolute discretion. Our structured process begins with an initial phone interview with our hiring team to go over the job description and requirements. Candidates who move forward will be invited to an online simulation visit to evaluate their approach to digital reporting and pet care scenarios.

Key Duties Pet Satisfaction:

Focus on playtime, exercise, and companionship to keep pets happy and stimulated.

Routine Care:

Manage feeding and fresh water. Administer medication only as needed or requested.

Professional Reporting:

Use the Time To Pet App to provide clear, high-quality updates to owners.

Discretion & Security:

Maintain the privacy and security of the client's home and keep the pet's environment organized.

Health Monitoring:

Watch for changes in behavior or medical needs and report them to the owner promptly.

Availability Scheduling:

While we offer flexibility, weekend and holiday availability is a significant factor in our scheduling.
