About Us Winter Park Pet Concierge is a high-end, in-home pet care company serving professionals in the Winter Park area. We hold ourselves to concierge-level standards — our clients trust us with their homes and their pets, and we take that seriously. What You'll Do Provide in-home drop-in visits and pet sitting for dogs, cats, and other household pets Walk dogs on scheduled daily visits Send client updates with photos and notes after each visit Follow detailed care instructions and maintain the client's home with care and discretion Pay & Perks $17/hour base pay Holiday bonuses and additional compensation for special circumstances Flexible scheduling When We Need You Our busiest windows are: Mornings — early visits before clients head to work Midday / Afternoon — midday walks and check-ins Evenings — visits through approximately 9pm Weekends & Holidays — our highest-demand periods The ideal candidate has a consistent, predictable schedule that doesn't change week to week. Clients depend on reliability, and we build our team around sitters and walkers whose availability we can count on. What We're Looking For Experience with pet care (personal or professional) Consistent availability across mornings, middays, evenings, and/or weekends Willing and available to work holidays Reliable transportation Strong communication and follow-through Calm, trustworthy, and professional demeanor Requirements 18+ years old Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must pass a background check Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must live in or near one of our service areas: Winter Park, Baldwin Park, College Park, Casselberry, or parts of Maitland/Altamonte Springs Important Note This is a flexible, part-time role. Visit volume varies by season and holidays — this position is best suited for someone who values flexibility and doesn't require a guaranteed minimum number of hours each week.
