Our fully equipped, self-contained mobile spa with state-of-the-art grooming equipment is designed to achieve maximum safety, comfort, and convenience. We are seeking a Mobile Pet Spa Groomer to join the team! The Groomer will work one-on-one in our fully equipped, self-contained mobile. Groomers keep 100% of their tips. This is not your typical Pet Salon environment! We offer Sign-On Bonuses! For new Groomers, $1000 is paid after six months of part-time employment, and $1000 is paid after three months of full-time employment. Earn between $54,000 to $83,000 a year!

Responsibilities:

• Groom/trim, bathe, brush, comb, paw pad trimming, de-shedding, de-matting, drying, clipping, and filing nails, cleaning ears, and deodorizing according to breed or mixed breed specifications as well as providing client-specified or breed-specific haircuts.
• Express anal glands only upon client request - internal gland expression is unauthorized
• Properly maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment.
• Properly control the use of replenishable supplies by following dilution-level guidelines.
• Protect pets and self by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information.
• Resolve customer issues by listening to and attempting to address issues directly with clients and reporting all incidents, outcomes, and needed follow-up details to the back-office team.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of grooming experience is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
