We're expanding and looking for a motivated Dog Bather to join our team and grow with us! Position Summary As a Dog Bather at Woof, you'll play a key role in prepping dogs for grooming through bathing, drying, brushing, and coat maintenance. This position is ideal for someone who loves dogs, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys hands-on work. Responsibilities Bathe and dry dogs of all sizes and temperaments Brush, de-shed, and detangle coats Clean ears and trim nails (training provided if needed) Identify skin issues, fleas/ticks, or coat abnormalities and report to groomers Keep bathing and grooming areas clean and organized Handle pets safely, patiently, and compassionately Communicate professionally with team members and clients Requirements Previous experience with dogs is a plus but not required—training provided Ability to lift and handle dogs up to 50+ lbs Comfortable working in a wet, high-energy, fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Genuine love for animals Benefits Competitive hourly pay Tips Opportunities for advancement (including grooming training) Flexible scheduling How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to
