Four Seasons For Paws is seeking reliable, caring, and intelligent individuals to join our supportive and fun team as Home and Pet Guardians. This isn't just pet sitting; it's a mission to provide the highest standard of care, ensuring the safety and well-being of every pet and home we serve.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personalized care (walks, feeding, medication, play, etc.) to dogs, cats, and other small animals in their homes. Building trust through clear, timely communication with clients and our team. Respectfully caring for clients' homes (security checks, mail, plant care, etc.). Managing your schedule independently using our mobile app. Thriving in a fast-paced , physical role that keeps you moving outdoors in all weather.

What We Offer:

Great Pay:

$16.00/hour base wage plus tips and paid mileage ($0.20/mile) between visits. Our Guardians typically average $20 to $25 per hour and are paid weekly.

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible hours (up to 25 hours a week)

Employee Status:

W-2 employment (not a contractor).

Who We Are Looking For:

We don't require professional pet care experience—we can teach you the technical skills. We hire for heart, integrity, and willingness to learn . You must be highly dependable and professional. You genuinely love working with animals , even when the job is messy (it can get messy!). You must be physically able to handle large dogs and the physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, walking long distances). You are a self-manager who can follow detailed instructions, communicate effectively, and think ahead. You have flexible availability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

Must have a reliable, insured vehicle, a valid driver's license, a smartphone with a data plan, and pass a comprehensive background check. You must also be 21, live within 15 minutes of one of our service areas, and be able to work with us for at least six months.
