You will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling pets according to breed standards and client preferences. Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require attention. Handle dogs and other animals safely and effectively, ensuring their comfort during grooming sessions. Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment to promote hygiene and safety. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' needs and grooming options. Assist in animal restraint when necessary to ensure safe handling during grooming procedures. Keep detailed records of services performed on each pet for future reference. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and high standards of care. Qualifications Previous experience as a Pet Groomer Strong skills in dog handling, animal restraint, and overall pet care are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. Experience in heavy lifting is beneficial as some pets may require assistance during grooming.
